Top Gear S10 EP09

Top Gear is the best car show in Britain and is currently presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, with special appearances from the tame racing driver, The Stig.

The boys talk about anything from new cars to their engines, but don't be fooled, this is not another boring technical car programme. The boys have races and do crazy things with cars (anything from driving them into swimming pools to setting them on fire). Oh and there is always an earnest attempt to kill Richard Hammond every series...

The team take part in a 24 hour endurance race in which they find the going very difficult. James test drives the new Fiat 500 around the roads of Budapest.

Jeremy finally shows concern for the environment by suggesting a replacement for 4x4s – sort of… he compares the AMG Mercedes E Class estate - which has 507 bhp, with the BMW M5 Touring which only has 500 bhp. Richard and James try their hands at a new motorsport – Motorhome Racing. In the studio; Jeremy has a £750,000 motor home called the Performance; it comes with its own car – a Wiesman MF3.

The new Honda Civic Type R is tested and driven by the Stig; James drives the Alpha Romeo 159 and 'rugger bugger' Lawrence Dallaglio is the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car.

Now here's something we haven't seen for a while two cars reviewed on the programme. James drives the new Rolls Royce Corniche convertible on an aircraft carrier and Jeremy gets to play with the new Ferrari 599 Fiorano. He also drives something much smaller and less sophisticated and no, that doesn't mean a piggy back from Richard.

Top Gear Season 10 Episode 2

More amphibious fun with the TG3 as they attempt to cross the Channel to France in their amphibious vehicles from series 8 (episode 3). Richard has a new, redesigned 'Dampervan' and Jeremy's 'Toybota' is replaced by a 'Nissank'. Jeremy drives the rather sexy Audi R8 on the track, while Richard prefers the Porsche Carrera 2S. These will most likely be the only vehicles not to sink this week. Jools Holland is the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car.

Top Gear Season 10 Episode 1

To celebrate 30 years of the Golf GTI, Volkswagen have clearly cracked open several bottles and consumed the contents. How else could you explain the 640bhp Golf GTI W12? A road trip to find to best driving roads in Europe sees the boys driving some serious automotive exotica: Jeremy has a Lamborghini Gallardo Superlagerra; Richard has a Porsche 911 GT3 RS and James has an Aston Martin V8 Vantage N24. Their journey begins in Monaco and takes them to Italy, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The Star in a Reasonably Priced Car is the Queen, aka the rather fruity Dame Helen Mirren.
