Based on the best selling book by Candace Bushnell, the author of Sex and the City, Lipstick Jungle follows the lives of three women searching for their Mr. Right. Each of the three women have high-powered careers: Nico (Kim Raver) is the editor-in-chief of the hottest fashion magazine; Wendy (Brooke Shields) balances her fast-paced career as a movie executive with her family; and Victory (Lindsay Price) is a free-spirited designer. These three women lean on each other for support as they weather the ups and downs of their careers and love lives, learning that with each other they can make it big in the Big Apple. 
Hoping to land a big deal, film exec Wendy also works on getting her son accepted into an exclusive school. Meanwhile, Niko considers having an affair, and when her fashion show flops, Victory struggles to keep her business alive.
